Zadar Labs Secures $17M Series A to Accelerate Deployment of Imaging Radars for Physical AI and Intelligent Infrastructure

Funding will accelerate volume deployment of Zadar’s high-performance imaging radar platforms across autonomy, smart infrastructure, and industrial automation markets

Silicon Valley — June 17, 2026. Zadar Labs, a leader in high-performance 4D imaging radar based perception for physical AI applications, today announced the closing of its $17 million Series-A financing round. The funding comes as the company accelerates volume shipment of its Software-Defined Imaging Radar (SDIR™) platform with customers across mobility, infrastructure, logistics, industrial automation, and security markets.

Zadar Labs Series-A funding is led by Miramar Digital Ventures, with participation by Bidaya Holding, Samsung Catalyst Fund, and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP).

“Over the past several years, we’ve earned the trust of leading customers across autonomous delivery, logistics, industrial automation, and intelligent infrastructure,” said Behrooz Abdi, CEO of Zadar Labs. “Their adoption is a powerful validation of both the performance of our imaging radar technology and the transformative potential of our software-defined platform. This investment enables us to expand production, accelerate innovation, and support large scale deployment with customers worldwide.”

“We believe imaging radar will become a foundational perception layer for the emerging era of physical AI,” said Bruce Hallett, Co-founder and Managing Director at Miramar Digital Ventures. “Zadar Labs has demonstrated exceptional technology leadership and commercial execution, positioning the company to address multiple large-scale markets spanning autonomy, infrastructure, and industrial automation.”

“We recognized early that Zadar Labs was building a differentiated perception platform capable of operating reliably in complex real-world environments,” said Marwan Al-Olayan, Chairman and Lead Investor at Bidaya Holding. “Our continued investment, along with our joint venture partnership, reflects our confidence in the company’s technology and its relevance to major infrastructure initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.”

“With the rise of Physical AI, imaging radar is emerging as a foundational sensing modality for next-generation autonomous systems,” said Hamid Rategh, Venture Technology Director at the Samsung Catalyst Fund. “Zadar Labs combines an experienced team with a software-defined radar platform, offering high resolution and dynamic scalability necessary to solve real-world autonomy challenges across multiple industries.”
