Zadar Labs Announces the Agreement to Acquire Fusionride, a Leader in Advanced Automotive and Mobility Perception Solutions

Acquisition Expands Zadar Labs’ Presence in Automotive and Mobility Markets While Adding Significant Operational and Manufacturing Capabilities

Silicon Valley, CA, 1/6/2026, Zadar Labs, a leading innovator in 4D Software-Defined Imaging Radar (SDIR™) systems for safety and autonomy, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Fusionride, a leader in automotive and mobility perception technology development and manufacturing. 

This acquisition expands Zadar Labs’ reach into high-volume markets, including automotive and mobility, robotics, and industrial applications, while accelerating the company’s ability to deliver high-quality, certified sensors at scale through established EMS manufacturing partners.
