Zadar Labs Completes Acquisition of Fusionride, Introducing zSIGNAL 2.0

Combined company accelerates entry into volume production for automotive, AMR, and mobility markets

Zadar Labs, a leader in 4D Software-Defined Imaging Radar (SDIR™) technology for safety and autonomy, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Fusionride, a pioneer in advanced automotive and mobility perception solutions with established Tier-1 design wins across automotive and mobility markets.
First announced in January 2026, the acquisition brings together Zadar Labs' industry-leading imaging radar hardware with Fusionride's proven perception fusion software, embedded systems expertise, and global manufacturing relationships, creating a unified platform purpose-built for volume production in automotive, autonomous mobile robot (AMR), and infrastructure markets.
As part of the integration, Fusionride's flagship Columbus product has been relaunched as zSIGNAL 2.0, expanding Zadar Labs' product portfolio with a battle-tested, market-ready solution that can begin reaching customers as early as this quarter.
