Solutions
Radar perception for machines, infrastructure, and the physical world.
Zadar combines 4D imaging radar, perception software, and application engineering to solve sensing problems across robotics, transportation, industrial automation, infrastructure, and security. Deploy one of our application-ready solutions, build on Zadar hardware and software, or work with our team on a specialized implementation.
Our solutions are built on the same radar and software platform available through RSP Core and RDP Developer, with application-specific algorithms and workflows developed for each market.
Application-ready
Three solutions you can deploy, not build.
Each one packages sensing, perception, application logic, and integration into a deployable product — so you adopt radar at the application level instead of building the full perception stack yourself.
FleetGuard
Smart collision warning for industrial vehicles
Operator-friendly 360° awareness for complex industrial environments. Configurable warning zones and in-cab alerts give operators time to respond before a close call becomes a collision — in darkness, dust, rain, fog, and glare.
Explore FleetGuardCabinCount
Intelligent roadside vehicle occupant counting
Fast, reliable, automated occupancy counting for security, tolling, and border crossings. Counts people inside vehicles even through obscured or heavily tinted windows, and detects occupants who are stationary, reclined, or asleep.
Explore CabinCountPrecisionFill
Automated bulk material filling
Load faster, fill more evenly, and reduce dependence on operator skill with radar-guided material placement. The system measures the material surface, finds available space, and steers the fill automatically — even in heavy dust.

Building something different?
Not every perception problem fits an off-the-shelf solution.
Zadar hardware and software are designed for integration into new products and specialized sensing applications. Three ways in, depending on how much of the stack you want to own.

Questions buyers ask.
What radar solutions does Zadar offer?
Zadar offers three application-ready solutions: FleetGuard collision warning for industrial vehicles, CabinCount roadside vehicle occupant counting, and PrecisionFill automated bulk material filling. Where no solution exists yet, teams build on the same Zadar sensors and software.
What is 4D imaging radar?
4D imaging radar measures range, velocity, azimuth and elevation for every detection, producing a dense point cloud of the scene. Unlike cameras, it keeps working in darkness, glare, rain, dust and fog, and it measures the speed of every point directly.
Which industries use Zadar radar?
Industrial, agricultural and heavy equipment; robotics and autonomous machines; transportation and transit; airspace and aviation; material handling; smart infrastructure and spaces; and security and critical infrastructure.
Can I build my own radar application on Zadar?
Yes. Choose a Zadar sensor, then use RSP Core, RDP Developer and RSP Studio to develop sensing and perception for your own system, or engage our team for a specialized application.
Why use radar instead of cameras or LiDAR?
Radar works in conditions that defeat optical sensors: darkness, dust, smoke, fog, rain and glare. It measures velocity directly and captures no identifiable images. Cameras and LiDAR offer more visual detail in good conditions, so many systems combine radar with a camera.
How do I get started?
Tell us what has to be detected, where the sensor will be mounted and what should happen when something is detected. We will tell you whether an existing solution fits, whether to build on the platform, or whether it is one for our team. Talk to sales.
Where to start
Tell us the problem, not the product.
What has to be detected, where it is mounted, and what happens when it is detected. From there we will tell you whether an existing solution fits, whether you should build on the platform, or whether this is one for our team.
