Zadar Labs Announces the Establishment of a Joint Venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Zadar Saudi Solutions to Accelerate Radar-Enabled Autonomy in the Kingdom Silicon Valley, USA / Riyadh, KSA, 11/18/2025
Zadar Labs, a global pioneer in 4D Software-Defined Imaging Radar (SDIR™) systems for safety and security, announced today. The launch of Zadar Saudi Solutions (ZSS), a new joint venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Bidaya Holding, an investment firm specializing in technology and financial ecosystems across the GCC region, and SmartChips, a leader in IoT development.
ZSS will drive the expansion of SDIR™ technology throughout Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC, delivering next-generation radar perception systems for mobility, automotive, and smart infrastructure applications. The new entity will serve as Zadar Labs’ strategic hub for the Kingdom and the region, accelerating adoption of imaging radar in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives in AI, automation, advanced manufacturing, and industrial innovation.
